These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered under the FreelanceFlow Kit brand, operated by Trivora Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The products

FreelanceFlow Kit provides digital spreadsheet products (templates and related guides) for freelancers, designed to work in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. All products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which acts as our checkout and delivery provider and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms.

2. License

When you purchase a product, we grant you a single-user license to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may use, edit, and customize the files for your own freelance work.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the files or any substantial part of them;
• Publish the files publicly or upload them anywhere others can download them;
• Present the products (or lightly modified versions of them) as your own for sale or distribution.

3. Intellectual property

All FreelanceFlow Kit products, including their structure, formulas, layouts, text, and branding, are the intellectual property of Trivora Digital LLC and are protected by applicable law. Your license does not transfer any ownership of that intellectual property to you.

4. Provided "as is" — no professional advice

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that a product will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

The products are tools and templates only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. In particular, any contract or agreement template included in a product is provided as a starting point only and is not legal advice; you should consult a qualified attorney before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the products and for verifying that any calculations, figures, or documents are correct for your situation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivora Digital LLC and FreelanceFlow Kit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version, and we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
